How to use

Hold the handle, pull the knife through slot 1 from heel to tip, 5–10 times, always in the same direction.

Stage 2 – Sharpen

Move to slot 2 and repeat 5–10 gentle pulls to sharpen the edge.

Stage 3 – Polish

Finish in slot 3 with 5–10 pulls for a smooth, professional edge. Wipe the blade and you're done!
